The RIAO/OPTILAS 2023 meeting will be held during the last week of March 2023 in San José, Costa Rica. This is the week before Easter, so some participants could take advantage of their vacation to extend their stay in the country.
The meeting program takes place from Monday, March 27 to Friday, March 31, starting at 8:00 am and ending at 5:30 pm. With a break in the morning and another in the afternoon to drink coffee and a lapse of an hour and a half to have lunch at noon.
In the program of the event, five conferences with the plenary guests and several conferences of the special guests are included. Congress participants can attend plenary lectures, special guest lectures, and oral or written presentations by researchers. The registration fee for the congress provides the possibility of submitting a proposal to the scientific subcommittees. If the proposal is accepted, it can be presented either orally or in a poster.
