The XI Iberoamerican Optics Meeting / XIV Latinamerican Meeting on Optics, Lasers and Applications will take place March 27 to 31, 2023 in Costa Rica.
Dear Colleagues and Students:
On behalf of the XI Ibero-American Conference on Optics (RIAO), and the XIV Latin-American Meeting on Optics, Lasers, and Applications (OPTILAS), we give you the warmest welcome to our splendid events.
The events will be held in San José, Costa Rica from March 27th to 31th and we will count with the participation of 6 remarkable plenary speakers, all experts in their respective fields of study.
We will also have a discussion panel regarding the participation of women on the fields of Optics and Photonics.
Our participants come from all over the world. The collaboration opportunities, scientific discussions and networking are particularly significant. All researchers, scholars and industry representatives are welcomed to attend and seize these events.
For students, this is an excellent opportunity to meet internationally renowned researchers, get to know other students working on the same field, expand their scientific network, discuss your on-going research, and learn more about the state-of-the-art research being carried out nowadays.
After the event, we will prepare a Special Issue with the articles submitted by the participants and a Book of Abstracts with all the contributions to increase the visibility of your work.
We are excited to host the event and to receive you in this tropical paradise full of volcanoes, beaches, and Lasers! We are waiting for you in Costa Rica.
